The review and workshop was held on September 20 -21, 2005 at the Nebraska Union in Lincoln, Nebraska. The meetings were attended by over 90 scientists from Nebraska and other states.

The first day was devoted to review presentations of IRG 1, IRG 2, and seed projects researchers and included a poster session. The second day was designed as a symposium with emphasis on talks from external speakers. |
